Notarywide Notary Services is a division of A.C.E., Inc. A.C.E. is an acronym for Agency for Civil Enforcement Corporation, a nationwide legal support services company for twenty-one years. A.C.E., Inc was incorporated in 1999 and has exceeded 900,000 successful transactions. Notarywide is owned and operated by Jonathan Levy who is the principal managing agent. Mr. Levy is a licensed Private Investigator (A9900347) and holds a Sherriff Appointed Special Process Server License, a Certified Process Server licensed issued by the Chief Judge and is a Statewide notary, signing and closing agent.

All correspondence, data and information communicated to and from our office is essentially impenetrable to outside intrusion. Data Destruction Policy

We only store the notarized documents when asked to do so. Otherwise, it is your sole responsibility to secure and save documents after services are completed.

Financial Data Protection

All financial data exchanged between Notarywide and its clients is confidential and secure by encryption and access code authorization only. Presently, Notarywide only has two employees who handle financial data exchange, banking and other related financial matters. Each individual is equally responsible for protection and securing data are the Owners and founders of the company. Each owner has a stellar background, has never been sued, arrested nor has ever been involved and any matters of impropriety, mis or malfeasance. They have never been the subject of any government investigation and have they ever had any type of formal complaint. Rest assured, your sensitive financial data is in trustworthy hands, secured by credible people and is processed via the most advanced state of the art compliance center.

Refund Policy

Since we provide you with speculative time and travel based services whereby we try to assist you with Notary services, there are NO refunds for services paid for, attempted and or rendered. There are NO refunds after we receive your payment. All services must be pre-paid or we cannot assist you. We accept all credit cards, money orders, corporate check and or law firm checks only. When you hire Notarywide you are agreeing to our terms entirely.

Billing and Fees

Notarywide Notary services are paid in advance. All service fees are agreed to in writing before services are activated. If your service request needs to be modified, which will necessitate altering fees, an amended confirmation and authorization must be in writing. Notary travelling and mobile services are billed on a flat fee basis, however there is a separate fee for each time the Notary uses the stamp. So, you will be paying a service fee for the travel time and expenses associated with meeting you at a time and place of your choice AND a per notary stamp fee.

ROUTINELY TIMED NOTARY SERVICE – Services confirmed a minimum of five days in advance.

The routine notary fee we quote you is determined by the location (zip code) where notary services are to be performed. Routine Fees start a 95.00 but will vary according to timing, day, mileage and location of where the notary, closing or signing will take place. There is a 35.00 surcharge for any change of time and the is a 50.00 per half hour for wait time beyond the half hour we provide you as part of your quoted fee.

RUSH TIMED NOTARY SERVICE – Services confirmed a minimum of two days in advance.

The rush notary fee we quote you is determined by the location (zip code) where notary services are to be performed. RUSH Fees start a 125.00 but will vary according to timing, day, mileage and location of where the notary, closing or signing will take place. There is a 35.00 surcharge for any change of time and the is a 50.00 per half hour for wait time beyond the half hour we provide you as part of your quoted fee. RUSH services are available every day except legal holidays.

SAME DAY NOTARY SERVICE – Services confirmed within 24 hours, sometimes even within hours.

The same day notary fee we quote you is determined by the location (zip code) where notary services are to be performed. SAME DAY Notary Fees start a 195.00 but will vary according to timing, day, mileage and location of where the notary, closing or signing will take place. There is a 35.00 surcharge for any change of time and there is a 50.00 per half hour for wait time beyond the half hour we provide you as part of your quoted fee. RUSH services are available every day except legal holidays. All notary services, regardless of your preferred timing, must be prepaid in advance. Payment is made by credit card or by law firm check. Services are billed by timing, date, how many notary stamps are required.

You agree, when you confirm your request, the date, time and address where you send us to is entirely your responsibility. If the address is wrong, or the date and or the time confirmed is canceled, the fee you paid in advance is non-refundable. We charge additional fees for second and or alternate addresses or locations.
